Dining @ Solaire’s Fresh

Seems to me that I’m getting the privilege to eat these days. I mean, really eat whatever I want, and that is, after I made a resolution to at least be a ‘healthy’ eater. But if somebody invites you to dine at one of the best buffet restaurants in town, would you say no?

I absolutely wouldn’t especially if the venue stated is at Solaire’s Fresh restaurant.

Buffet style restaurants are in these days. So when I and my friends were invited to dine at the newest attraction in town, the Solaire Resorts & Casino, which is just a 5-minute drive away from SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City, I marked my calendar for that.

Solaire’s Fresh Restaurant was the chosen venue. It’s the hotel’s premier buffet dining that I heard some people were raving about.

The food selection at Solaire, compared with Sofitel’s Spiral, is a bit modest.  We had lunch here on a weekday, so the price was around P1,900 (geez! thanks to our sponsor…). The price here ranges P1,100-P2,600. Though pricey, rest assured, you’re eating fresh food and absolutely delicious, scrumptious fare.

At Fresh, you can choose from Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Chinese and Continental cuisines.

Now I understand why Fresh is fast becoming a favorite among locals looking for a good casual dining resto  in Manila. Maybe you’d like to try it out yourself. More so, if you’d like to spend a special day with family and friends.  🙂
